Your child's first dance class, done right.
A warm, structured first step for little dancers, with real teachers who know how to make a shy three year old feel brave.
The engineering behind Floorcraft
Sound familiar?
If any of this is you, you are in the right place.
- You do not know if your child is ready, and you do not want to waste a Saturday on a class that is just chaos.
- Most beginner classes are a babysitting circle with music, not actual teaching.
- You want your child to build confidence, not to be the kid crying in the corner.
Where this goes
In a few weeks your child walks in on their own, finds their spot, and shows you what they learned.
- A calm, kind first experience your child looks forward to all week.
- Teachers who actually teach, and tell you how your child is doing.
- A real path so this becomes a skill, not a one-time trial.
Why Manisha
Built to actually get you there.
A first class pitched at little beginners, where the pacing and the patience matter more than the routine.
Teachers who dance these dances themselves, so the fundamentals are correct from day one.
A clear next step after every class, so you always know what your child learned and what comes next.
Dance you can share as a family, instead of another drop-off errand.
What we build toward
“My daughter hid behind my leg the first day. By week three she was dragging me out the door so we would not be late.”
Good questions
The things people ask first.
Is my child too young to start?
If they can follow simple directions and enjoy music, they are ready. A first class is built for first-timers, so you can see how your child does before you commit to more.
Do I need to buy special shoes or clothes?
No. Comfortable clothes and clean sneakers are fine for the first class. We will tell you if and when anything else helps.
Can I watch?
Ask when you book. Many teachers welcome a parent to watch a first class, so your child feels safe and you can see the teaching for yourself.
Come see it for yourself.
Ask about a first visit at Manisha and see how it feels on the floor.
